About This Video – Interval Ear Training 3rd’s – Part 1–6
This set is all about major and minor 3rds—essential intervals for melody and harmony. Each video plays an interval for you to name, with answers appearing shortly after.
Each video includes multiple “exam-style” sets. Feel free to pause, take notes, and come back later to pick up where you left off. All intervals are presented in three formats: melodic (with the upper or lower note played first), and harmonic (both notes played together). If you need more time before the answer appears, just pause the video. These videos are great for students preparing for ear training exams or anyone working to improve their interval recognition.
