This monthly newsletter hits the website a little later because it was a hectic month with new enrolments. Welcome to the 18 new students who have joined lessons with my studio over the past three months. Many of you have already found your way up the leaderboard, dominating weekly challenges and showing success with your weekly practice. Great job.
It’s hard to believe it’s December already, and the holidays are upon us. This new version of the Bach To Basics Music website has finished its first year online, with the first newsletter published in February 2024.
Here are the February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November newsletters, and of course, you are currently reading the studio’s December newsletter.
I thank all my students for their suggestions in making this the most successful website for my studio to date. So, what can we look forward to in 2025? I plan to add videos to my other channels as student resources for those interested in publishing music, music production, and home studio. I plan on introducing a sheet music section for additional sight-reading practice and adding more student resources to the student area.
You can find the leaderboard, Manuscript, Instrument Charts, Music theory resources, Practice Journals & Resources in the student area, which I plan to build up further.
The studio website also has a store with a standard shopping cart and checkout. The store is inactive as a store, meaning I use it to link to other websites where you can either purchase my materials or get them for free. This meant I also had to write a Privacy Policy for the studio and a Refund and Returns policy simply because they were needed as placeholders.
With a higher student enrollment than anticipated, these extra features may take me some time, but they are being planned as we speak.
Currently, I’m also trying to get my social media going. I’m not a social media person. I’ve had these accounts forever and have yet to use any, but I figure they may be helpful for parents and students to keep up to date with lessons and what’s happening at Bach To Basics Music.
